Placing Orders
A sales contract between the Supplier and the Buyer is considered concluded when the Buyer confirms the order (an email with the status "Order Confirmed" is sent to the Buyer). From that moment, the prices and all other terms of purchase are fixed and applicable to both the Supplier and the Buyer. The sales contract is stored electronically on the Company's server.
Ordering Process:

The Buyer selects the desired item and quantity and confirms their choice by clicking "Add to Cart." For multiple items, this process should be repeated for each product.

After completing the selection, the Buyer clicks "Checkout" to proceed.

The Buyer fills out a form with personal details required for delivery. Additional products, delivery options, and an estimated delivery date may be shown.

The Buyer selects a payment method, and the total amount is recalculated.

The purchase is finalized by clicking "Complete Purchase."
A confirmation message is displayed on the Website, and the Buyer receives a confirmation email with order details, product usage instructions, and steps for filing complaints if necessary.
All information provided during the order submission process is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
The total purchase amount, including applicable delivery or additional fees, will be charged after the order is confirmed. We will notify you of any additional costs before the order submission.
Prices, Payment Methods, and Promotions
All prices on the Website are listed in EUR and include VAT. Prices are fixed at the time of order placement and remain valid until the offer is canceled.
Important Notice: This online store targets retail customers (B2C). Consequently, B2B sales are not permitted, and invoices cannot be issued to legal entities.

The Company reserves the right to authenticate payment methods and request proof of payment if necessary. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds or credit to complete transactions.
Promotions: Discounts and promotions are offered periodically and apply during the specified period only. Some promotions are exclusive to new users. Attempts to misuse promotions will result in account suspension. Promotions cannot usually be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Delivery Costs and Times
Delivery costs are not included in the product prices. Standard and express delivery options are available, each with associated fees. Delivery times are estimated during order placement.
If the Buyer cannot receive the order during delivery, the courier may arrange an alternative delivery method. Unsuccessful delivery attempts may result in the return of the order, with prepaid amounts refunded within 8 business days.
Liability and Product Usage
The Company is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from product use, whether correct or incorrect, to the extent permitted by law. Any claims against the Company are limited to three times the market price of the product.
While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and images, minor variations in packaging or product appearance may occur due to supplier differences. These variations do not affect product quality or functionality.
Right to Cancel
Buyers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. This right applies only to individuals purchasing products for personal use, not for professional or business purposes.
