Exchanges and Returns

In accordance with applicable legal terms, Prettley allows the exchange or return of ordered and received items within 15 days of receipt.

To initiate a return, the Customer must contact our team via email before proceeding with the return. Products must be returned within 15 days of receipt, accompanied by proof of purchase.

Only products in good condition and with complete packaging will be accepted.

All items will be inspected upon arrival at our facilities, and only those that meet the return conditions outlined above will be accepted for exchange or refund.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

• Shipping costs for returning items to our facilities are the responsibility of the Customer.

• The refund will only be processed after a detailed inspection of the returned products.
